Lots of pastors don't know this forum exists. But you can look up a few of them and email them directly by using the "networking" tab at the top of the page.
Remember that the cellnet search engine is an opt-in thing, so the churches on it represent a lot more churches that they know. You must network with them and inquire as to who they know doing cells near you or in rural areas for it to be useful for you.
